A Steady Presence in Your
Dementia Care Journey

What We Offer

Dementia Care Advisory, LLC offers non-medical support that starts with an onsite discovery session, during which we observe the client, collect pertinent information, and suggest relevant community resources.

We deliver personalized enrichment and engagement sessions tailored to each client's physician-diagnosed dementia stage. Our connection-based approach fosters supportive relationships by matching caregivers with clients and conducting  instructional sessions with caregivers and families to deliver pinpointed insights. Additionally, our Age Safe® America home safety assessments help ensure a secure environment for those aging in place.

Specialized Focus Areas

Aging In Place
with Dementia

We specialize in supporting newly diagnosed clients with dementia who wish to remain in their own homes by offering practical guidance on home safety and meaningful engagement. Our approach centers on providing recommendations tailored to the specific needs of each dementia stage, ensuring that clients can safely age in place while enjoying enriching daily rhythms in a familiar environment.

Supporting Middle & Late Stage Dementia

As dementia progresses, families are often presented with long-term care placement as the next step. While residential communities play an important role, many individuals can continue at home with the right preparation and support. We provide non-medical education, home safety guidance, caregiver support, and meaningful engagement services for middle and late stage dementia - whether aging in place or living in a residential setting. Our goal is to complement existing care, expand options, and ensure families feel confident in the path they choose.

Caregiver and Client Matching

Finding the right caregiver for a loved one with dementia can be challenging. Every individual's needs, personality, and stage of dementia are unique, and not every caregiver is the right fit. Families often face frustration and turnover as they seek the best match. We work directly with families and home care agencies to guide the matching process. Acting as a liaison, we help asses compatibility by considering communication styles, experience, and dementia-specific needs. Our goal is to foster compassionate, stable caregiving relationships that build trust, comfort and consistency- reducing disruptions and enhancing quality of life.
